How do I make a support log?

Support logs help the support team identify what the issue is that you may be experiencing and speed up the process of finding a solution.

A support log can be made a few different ways, the easiest is by carrying out the following steps:

  1. In Visionary Render open the Diagnostics menu (Ctrl + D)
  2. Go to the Log tab
  3. In the top left corner of the log tab you will find a Save As... button, this will save out the log file to the specified location.
